When will my item ship?

 Items are currently shipped within 2-5 business days of your purchase. If the shipping time is different, it will be displayed in the top banner of the site.

What shipping company do you use? 

Packages are shipped via USPS and UPS. Other shipping companies may be used on occasion if circumstances require so.

What is your shipping time frame?

Shipping times may vary based on location, service, and courier. There may be delays caused by weather, holidays, etc. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I ship within the U.S. only.  International shipping may be added in the future.

Why is my package delayed?

Shipping may be delayed for several reasons, including weather delays etc. Once the item is shipped, I have no control over the package.

Damaged products?

If you receive damaged or defective products, please reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. If possible, products will be replaced. If we no longer have the item, then a refund may be issued. Please reach out to me via the "Contact Us" form.

Do you offer wholesale?

I hope to offer wholesale in the future. If you have any questions, please reach out via the "Contact Us" form.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Please reach out via the "Contact Us" form for combined shipping. We will try to combine your purchases. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available within 3 days of delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please use the "Contact Us" form to contact me.

How do I use my discount code?

Your discount code should be applied at the time of checkout. Once your purchase is complete, we are not able to apply the discount code.

Where are you located?

We are located in Atlanta, Georgia!

Do you design your products?

Some items are designed by me. Other designs may be licensed from other designers. 

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are 10 am - 5 pm EST.
