🔄 Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations:

Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns:

Must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Please use the "Contact Us" form.

Items must be unused and shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Damaged Items in Transit
We package everything with care, but once your order is with the carrier, damage can occasionally happen.
If you received damaged goods and your shipment was sent via USPS Ground Advantage, here’s what to do:

Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Keep all original packaging materials.

File an insurance claim with USPS.
Then, contact us through our contact form with your name and order number so we can assist you with a replacement (after claim approval).
