We lovingly prepare each order in-house, and the current processing time is 3-5 business days.
Note: There is no guaranteed processing time, but if there are any delays, we’ll always keep you updated with a notice in the banner at the top of our website.

We currently ship via USPSÂ and UPS, depending on location and service availability.
Please allow extra time for delivery during:

📬 “Delivered” but not received?
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do:

Double-check with household members, neighbors, or your local mail carrier.

Reach out to your local post office to file an inquiry — they often have more details.

Unfortunately, we see the same tracking info as you. Orders marked “Delivered” are considered completed for refund/cancellation purposes.

📦 Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages not delivered due to incorrect addresses.

Refunds for items shipped to incorrect addresses.

📸 Damaged Items in Transit
We package everything with care, but once your order is with the carrier, damage can occasionally happen.
If you received damaged goods and your shipment was sent via USPS Ground Advantage, here’s what to do:

Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Keep all original packaging materials.

File an insurance claim with USPS.
Then, contact us through our contact form with your name and order number so we can assist you with a replacement (after claim approval).
